App Withdrawal from SmartPOS Store
Partner is eligible to withdraw application from SmartPOS Store or/and stop the service offered in the application under certain terms and conditions.
Requirements
These terms and conditions apply to advance communication to merchants whenever the application is withdrawn, or the service is disabled.
The Partner is obliged to notify about the aforementioned activities in such a way that WL's interest will not suffer under any circumstances. In particular, this concerns cases of the Partner's negligence in communication with merchants regarding: - The image of WL - The increased involvement of WL employees in solving problems caused by the Partner
Before Withdrawal
Ensure you have:
- Communicated with all affected merchants about the withdrawal
- Provided adequate notice period as per your agreement
- Coordinated with WL Partner Management on the withdrawal timeline
- Addressed any outstanding support issues
